We generate all our water using our state of the art generator, equipped to produce water 24/7. Our system adheres to strict quality control measurements, giving you peace of mind.
We produce Standard Grade Deionised Water to meet the specification of both the European Pharmacopoeia (EP) and United States Pharmacopoeia (USP) grades at a conductivity level of <1.3 microsiemens consistently.
Additionally, we produce Laboratory Grade Ultra Pure Deionised Water to meet the EP and USP Water for Injection (WFI) specifications with conductivity of <0.5 microsiemens consistently. This is supplied in brand new sterile IBC containers.

EP / USP grade standard.
EP/USP grade water has a conductivity of less than 1.3 microsiemens/cm, Nitrates of less than 0.2 ppm, Heavy Metals of less than 0.1 ppm, TVC (Aerobic Bacteria) of less than 100 cfu/ml, Chloride of less than 70 ppm, Sulphates of less than 250 ppm, pH between 5-8, Residue on evaporation of less than 100 ppm, TOC of <500 ppb and the water passes the Oxidisable Substances Test.
Laboratory Ultra Pure EP/USP WFI (Water for Injection) Grade.
EP/USP WFI grade water has a conductivity of less than 0.5 microsiemens/cm, Nitrate of less than 0.1 ppm, TVC (Total Value Count of Aerobic Bacteria) of less than 10 cfu/ml, Chloride of less than 0.1 ppm, Sulphates of less than 1 ppm, pH between 5-8, Resistivity of 18 M/Ohms, Endotoxin of less than 0.05 EU/ml, TOC of <500 ppb
These grades of Deionised water known as EP and USP are recognised worldwide standards and have many applications including product testing, analytical work and manufacturing. Many companies specify the use of EP and USP water in their processes to ensure that a specific level of quality is adhered to, particularly where unwanted trace elements or minerals could affect the outcome.
