Ensuring your closed loop systems are protected from corrosion and frequent services is a major operational priority. Our range of inhibitors (OAT, HOAT and more) promote long life, corrosion protection and enviromental friendliness over IATs.

Our extensive knowledge and capabilities in the production of high quality deionised water. Combining our highly pure Deionised Water to a mix of Glycol and optional Inhibitor, allows for the highest performance benefits in your closed loop systems.
Thermal Capabilities
Ensuring you have the right temperature operating ranges of your system influence the choice of not just the Glycol but the ratio at which it is effective with Deionised Water.
Monopropylene Glycol: at a 70% Glycol Concentration to 30% DI Water this ratio is effective down to -50° degrees.
Monoethylene Glycol: at a 80% Glycol Concentration to 20% DI Water this ratio is effective down to -60° degrees.
We supply standard 50/50 and 70/30 mix options of Deionised Water + Glycol. However bespoke options are available if you require specific conditions for your closed loop system. Use the contact form below to pursue these options.

OAT
Organic Acid Technology (OAT) coolants are used to provide long-term corrosion protection for aluminium and light alloy components.
OAT coolants are a contemporary type of antifreeze, formulated with organic acid based inhibitors
HOAT
A HOAT (Hybrid Organic Acid Technology) combines the benefits of two different types of corrosion inhibitors.
Organic Acid (OAT) Coolants, and Inorganic additive (IAT) coolants such as silicates. This helps protect a wide range of metals allowing for total system protection.
