Fluid Science Nuclease Free Water meets DNase, RNase and Protease Free parameters whilst being non DEPC (diethylpyrocarbonate) treated. This makes our water ideal for people using it in Molecular Biology Applications. A low CFU/mL count is also vital to preserve the quality of the water and the applications it will be used.
What is Nuclease-Free Water?
Nuclease Free Water is deionised, filtered and tested for any contaminants. A main benefit of using it includes protecting nucleic acids from degradation. Non DEPC treated offerings also prevent inhibition that can interfere with enzymatic reactions. It is a highly pure form of water that is free from chemical additives for Molecular Biology Applications and Research Laboratories. Fluid Science produces water using Deionisation, it is then Filtered and Sterilised before entering 500ml & 1000ml containers designed to preserve the quality and purity of the water.
